Lennar to Give Away Four-Day, Three Night Caribbean Cruise at Realtor Luncheon Aug. 24 at Independence in Winter Garden

ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division plans to give away a free four-day, three-night Caribbean Cruise during a Realtor luncheon Lennar will host on Friday, Aug. 24 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Welcome Home Center at Independence, located at 14219 Pleach St. in Winter Garden.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida division, said Lennar plans to detail its “You Snooze, You Lose” campaign aimed at home buyers. Lennar is offering zero down payments, zero closing costs and savings worth up to $30,000 when using Lennar’s preferred lenders on sales of select new homes in Lennar’s Orlando communities including the Clermont and Space Coast areas through Aug. 31.

Lennar’s Central Florida Division, which ranks as the Number One home builder in both the Orlando and Tampa regions, builds single-family Estate Homes, Manor Homes and Town Homes priced from the $160s at Independence.
