U.S. REAL ESTATE COMPANY LAUNCHES PRIVATE TRADE MISSION TO PANAMA

ORLANDO, Florida U.S.A. --- Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, a leading U.S. real estate broker that specializes in luxury properties, vacation homes, resort homes and commercial and investment properties, has launched a private trade mission to Panama.

Roger Soderstrom, founder and owner of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty in Orlando, Florida, said International Marketing Specialist Pilar Ulloa of Orlando is visiting Panama through Aug. 15 to conduct seminars and conferences with affluent Panamanian business owners, professionals and investors.

Ulloa is presenting information about Central Florida vacation homes, second homes and luxury estates, along with commercial and investment properties.

Ulloa, a native of Colombia, has family ties throughout Central and South America, Soderstrom said.

Family members and business associates in Panama are helping her arrange the seminars and conferences with real estate professionals, business leaders and investors.

“Pilar Ulloa is a highly skilled professional who will be presenting a wide range of marketing materials that show off Central Florida at its best,” Soderstrom said.

“We expect she will return with several leads that can evolve into very attractive deals for our clients in the U.S.,” he said.

“U.S. real estate values represent a tremendous value to Panamanians,” Soderstrom added. “Real estate values have been effected by the real estate downturn and many properties are selling for about half what they brought just six years ago,” he said.

For residents of other nations, home ownership in the U.S. can lead to permanent resident status, Soderstrom said.
