SeaGate Homes Wins Two Awards in Local Newspapers’ Competition

PALM COAST – SeaGate Homes, Flagler County’s largest homebuilder, recently received two major awards in the Flagler Palm Coast News-Tribune’s Reader’s Choice Awards.

The homebuilder received its first number one ranking in the category of “Best General Contractor” and its third consecutive “Best Homebuilder” award, according to Michael Sawdai, vice president of operations of the 18-year-old company.

“We’re very happy to receive these honors, as they come from votes by the public, many of whom are satisfied SeaGate Homes’ customers,” he said.

SeaGate Homes builds homes from the $100s to more than $400,000 in Flagler, Volusia and St. Johns counties.
