TAMPA, Fla. -- ICI Homes, the award-winning community developer and luxury home builder headquartered in Daytona Beach started construction on a move-in ready home at Grand Hampton on Dunham Station Drive off Grand Hampton Drive and E. County Line Rd. near Wesley Chapel.
Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing at ICI Homes, said new four, five and six bedroom single family homes in the third phase at Grand Hampton are priced from the $360s to more than $500,000 and range in size from 2,600 square feet of living space to 3,898 square feet.
The move-in ready home underway is ICI’s Teramo floor plan, with five bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage, Messina said.
The home will be ready for move-in by December.
