NAI Realvest Negotiates New Lease Agreement for Invacare Corp at Goldenrod CommerCenter in Orlando, Renewals at Monroe in Sanford

ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 2,206 square feet of industrial space at 1468 N. Goldenrod Rd. in suite 215 of Goldenrod CommerCenter in Orlando.

NAI Realvest Associate Michael Heidrich, Jr. negotiated the transaction representing the tenant, Invacare Corporation, a leading supplier of wheelchairs and other home health assistance products.

The landlord, COP-Goldenrod, LLC of Maitland was represented by Michael Heidrich Sr., principal at NAI Realvest who also brokered two lease renewals for the Maitland-based landlords of Monroe CommerCenter North and South in Sanford

Sanford based American Battery Company renewed its lease of unit 1018 with 9,336 square feet at Monroe CommerCenter North, 4200 Church Street in Sanford where COP-Monroe North, LLC is the landlord.

Southern Custom Creations based in Enterprise in Volusia County, renewed its lease of 2,000 square feet at 667 Progress Way in Monroe CommerCenter South, where COP-Monroe, LLC is the landlord.
