Lennar Starts Presales of Estate, Executive and Spyglass Design Series Homes at River Bend in Ruskin, New Models Opening in Early January

TAMPA, Fla. – Lennar has started presales of its new Estate, Executive and Spyglass design series of homes priced from the mid-$150s at River Bend, located on Cumberland Cliff Drive in the Southshore area of Ruskin. David Parker, director of sales and marketing for Lennar’s Central Florida division, said two model Estate Homes will open for viewing in early January at River Bend. Several home sites at River Bend have pond views and river frontage as the community is bordered on the south by the Little Manatee River. Three, four and five bedroom Estate Homes in 10 distinctive floor plans at River Bend range in size from 1,596 square feet of living area to 3,385 square feet priced from $156,990 to $236,990. Lennar’s Executive Homes at River Bend come in nine different floor plans with four, five, six and seven-bedrooms priced from $197,990 to $266,990 and range from 2,267 to 4,054 square feet of living area. Parker added that Executive Home designs include Lennar’s unique NexGen “home within a home” floor plan for America’s new trend of multi-generational families. Spyglass Home designs feature eight distinctive floor plans that range from 2,563 square feet of living area to 4,396 square feet with three, four and six bedrooms, priced from $242,990 to $312,990. Nine Spyglass home sites front on the Little Manatee River, Parker said. All new Lennar homes at River Bend come with Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” pledge: a wide range of appliances, special features and add-ons at one “everything’s included” price. Riverbend features a community clubhouse with swimming pool, community center, lake, ponds and picnic areas.
