Del Webb at Southshore Falls Starts Development of New Water View Villa Home Sites

Apollo Beach, Fla. --- Del Webb Southshore Falls, the active-adult community located on Sunset Falls Drive off S. Tamiami Trail (US 41) in Apollo Beach, has started development of its newest phase of water view villa home sites. Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Del Webb in North Florida, said two and three-bedroom Shore Villa homes at Del Webb Southshore Falls range in size from 1,363 square feet of living space to 1,650 square feet with two baths and two-car garages. Scott Teal, a sales consultant at the community, remarks that the home sites in the new phase of Shore Villa homes should prove very popular. “Most of the home sites in the newest phase offer water views and additional privacy,” Teal explained, “and all of them are located on a low traffic cul-de-sac.” Homeowners in the new phase at Del Webb Southshore Falls will have access to the 14,000 square foot Wellspring Club with its Seven Seas Grand Ballroom, heated tropical lagoon-style swimming pool, auxiliary pool, resistance swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis, pickleball and Bocce ball courts, putting green, billiards room, Internet Café, library, card room, arts and crafts room and a multitude of social clubs.
