ICI Homes Starts Construction of Five-Bedroom Luxury Model Home at Tidewater in Northeast Jacksonville

Jacksonville, Fla. --- ICI Homes has started construction of the five-bedroom Manchester model home at Tidewater located on Clapboard Creek Drive off Cedar Point Road along the I-95 and I-295 beltway in northeast Jacksonville. Don Wilford, Northeast Florida division president at ICI Homes, said the two-story Manchester model offers three-and-a-half baths in its 3,277 square feet of luxury living space, along with an upstairs game room, loft and four additional bedrooms, a downstairs master suite, a formal dining room and a gourmet kitchen and breakfast nook that opens onto an enormous family gathering room with optional fireplace. With its two-car garage, the Manchester is base-priced from $299,900, Wilford said. The model will be completed and ready for touring by the end of February. ICI Homes has 20 distinctive customizable floor plans available at Tidewater and plans to build 66 new homes there priced from the $200s. Tidewater’s amenities include a community swimming pool, fitness center and children’s playground.
