Pulte Homes To Host Open House Feb. 9 To Showcase Two New Model Homes at The Plantation in Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla. --- Pulte Homes will host an open house with live music and refreshments Saturday, Feb. 9 to showcase two new professionally decorated model homes at The Plantation, a gated luxury golf course community located on New Market Street in Fort Myers off Treeline Avenue north of Daniels Parkway. Scott Mairn, vice president of sales and marketing for the South Florida Division of Pulte Group, said the kickoff festivities are scheduled from 1 to 4 p.m. Admission is free and the public is invited. Pulte will be showcasing three single-family model homes and two model carriage homes at The Plantation, Mairn said. Two new model homes at The Plantation will get the most attention, he added. The single-story Dartmouth II model offers three distinctive elevations with three bedrooms and three baths in 2,547 square feet of living space priced from $360,990 with an open island kitchen that adjoins an enormous family gathering room, a den and a garage that accommodates two full-sized vehicles and a golf cart. The single-story Jamison II model, priced from $410,990, offers three distinctive elevations with three bedrooms and two baths in 3,110 square feet and features an open island kitchen with breakfast nook, an enormous family gathering room, a formal dining room, a den, a flex room that can be converted into an optional fourth bedroom with bath, and a two-car garage. Pulte Homes builds two, three and four-bedroom single-family homes and carriage homes at The Plantation that range in size from 1,641 square feet of living space to 3,110 square feet priced from under $200,000 to more than $400,000. The Plantation features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Hurdzan-Fry, the Great House golf clubhouse with its formal restaurant and bar, resort-style swimming pool with lap lanes, a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, tennis courts, massage rooms, TV and Internet Lounge and library.
