Cuhaci & Peterson Architects completes design of new Walgreens in Tampa

ORLANDO, Fla – Cuhaci & Peterson Architects Engineers Planners based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, recently completed design work on a new Walgreens, located on Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa. Lonnie Peterson, chairman of the firm, said the new Walgreens store will offer 15,000 square feet of space and is now under construction. The developer is Regency Centers based in Jacksonville. Walgreens is the first phase of a major redevelopment project in the area and Cuhaci & Peterson will be designing other retail facilities there including renovation of a canopy.
