ICI Homes starts construction of two new model homes at Greenleaf Preserve at Nocatee in Ponte Vedra

PONTE VEDRA, Fla. --- ICI Homes has started construction of two new model homes at Greenleaf Preserve at Nocatee in Ponte Vedra. Don Wilford, north Florida division president for ICI Homes, said the Biltmore model home offers five bedrooms and four baths in 6,509 square feet of living space, along with a three-car garage. The Biltmore model home, which features an open floor plan with dining room, gathering room, kitchen and morning rooms flowing into the oversized covered porch. The model home has the optional second floor game room, bedrooms four and five, full bath and a large covered balcony. The base price of the Biltmore starts at $422,900. The Allegheny model home offers four bedrooms and four baths in 3,802 square feet of living space with a three-car garage. The Allegheny model also offers a grand parlor, dining salon, kitchen and café that open to the expansive lanai with optional cabana for superior outdoor living. The base price of the Allegheny will be priced from $459,900. Both models are slated to be completed in June. Wilford said ICI Homes plans to build 41 new single family homes priced from the low $400s at Greenleaf Preserve at Nocatee.
