Lennar’s Central Florida Division Names Attorney Kami Corbett Director of Entitlements and Due Diligence

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division, active in more than 30 communities in the Tampa, Lakeland, Orlando, Melbourne and Clermont markets, recently named Kami Corbett director of entitlements and due diligence. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Corbett served as senior counsel with a national client base at Foley and Lardner in Tampa specializing in land use and transactional matters. Corbett earned both her Juris Doctorate degree and L.L.M. degree in Real Property and Development, from the University of Miami School of Law. Her experience of more than 10 years includes legal work for both law firms and government. Metheny said Corbett will head Lennar’s due diligence team in the Central Florida region focusing on underwriting new acquisitions.
