ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a renewal lease for 11,096 square feet of office space in The Citadel at 5950 Hazeltine National Drive in southeast Orlando. Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM and principals Matt Cichocki and Kevin O’Connor, brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Citadel Partners, Ltd., based in Groveland. The tenant is Orlando-based Air Transport IT. NAI Realvest is exclusive management and leasing representative for the property and West leads the leasing team at The Citadel.
