MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a lease renewal for Suite 1025 with 2,254 square feet in the Vistawilla Office Center, 1511 E. SR 434 in Winter Springs. Senior Associate Mary Frances West, CCIM along with Margaret Knize of NAI MLG Commercial negotiated the transaction representing the tenant, Snap-On Tools Company, LLC, the global manufacturer and marketer of tools.
