LENNAR BREAKS GROUND ON DEERFIELD LAKES IN PASCO COUNTY

TAMPA, Fla. – Lennar recently broke ground on its newest community of Deerfield Lakes located in Spring Hill off Suncoast Parkway and S.R. 52 in Pasco County. Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said there are 58 homesites in the first phase of Deerfield Village. New Lennar homes on 50- and 70-foot homesites will range from 1,721 square feet to 3,711 square feet of living area, priced from the upper $100s. Metheny said a new model home – the Simmitano – is now underway at Deerfield Village. The two-story Simmitano, with 2,562 square feet of living space debuts a new Lennar floor plan that offers four bedrooms, a loft and an upstairs bonus room, Metheny added.
