TAMPA, Fla. --- Centex has released seven village homes for sale at Magnolia Park, located off Falkenburg Road in Riverview. Sean Strickler, vice president of sales for Centex in Tampa and Central Florida, said the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Vienna and Cordova village homes offer 1,249 square feet of living space. Village homes offer side or front-entry with four homes per building. Three distinct elevations are available to choose, Strickler added. Altogether, Centex plans to build 104 village homes at Magnolia Park in 26 buildings some with views or overlooking a pond. With open island kitchens, second-floor laundry rooms and options---the owner’s bathroom can be upgraded to include a garden tub and shower. The new village homes are available on Jan. 25 and start at $104,990. Strickler said Centex is also building one and two-story single-family homes in 11 distinctive floor plans priced from $164,990. New three, four, five, six and seven-bedroom single-family homes at Magnolia Park range in size from 1,405 square feet of living space to 3,476 square feet with two-car garages and low maintenance lawn care. Two of the single-family home designs are decorated models and available for daily tours. Magnolia Park is a CDD debt-free community and features three tropical pools with cabanas, playgrounds, a basketball court and walking trails. The community is convenient to downtown Tampa, Brandon shopping centers and MacDill Air Force Base.
