NAI Realvest negotiates new lease of 45,954 square feet of industrial space in Longwood

MAITLAND, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 45,954 square feet of industrial space at 925 Florida Central Parkway in Longwood. Michael Heidrich principal at NAI Realvest negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Carmany Holdings LLC. The tenant, Dalton, Ga.-based Shaw Contract Flooring Services, Inc., was represented by David Murphy of CB Richard Ellis.
