Two new models underway by Lennar in new phases at Brandon Pointe in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. – Lennar’s Central Florida Division has two new models underway at its community of Brandon Pointe, located on Providence Road off Causeway Boulevard just five miles from Westfield Brandon Shopping Mall in the Tampa area. Mark Metheny, president of the Central Florida Division of Lennar Homes, said the models with 1,516 square feet of living area and 2,561 square feet are priced in the $160s. There are 108 home sites in the third phase and 58 home sites in the fourth phase at Brandon Pointe.
