Ashton Woods Homes Opens New Ashlin Park Community in Windermere

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Ashton Woods Homes recently started sales and held a grand opening of new townhomes and single family homes at Ashlin Park, its newest community located 7436 Winter Garden Vineland Rd. off S.R. 535 in Windermere. John Reny, president of Ashton Woods Homes in the central Florida region, said two decorated single family models are completed and open for viewing at this dynamic new community. Reny said Ashton Woods plans to build 206 two-story townhomes at Ashlin Park priced from the $220s and 259 single-family homes in one and two-story designs priced from the high $200s. New two and three bedroom townhomes at Ashlin Park come with two-car attached garages. Single-family homes, with three to five bedrooms range from 1,957 square feet of living area to over 3,000 square feet, Reny said.
