Ryland Homes Opens New Belhaven II Model at The Elms in North Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. ----- Ryland Homes has opened their new Belhaven II model home at The Elms of Charleston, the gated active adult community located on Hanford Mills Lane in North Charleston off Hwy. 78. Gayle Jinks, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Charleston region, said the Belhaven II offers three bedrooms and two baths in 1,409 square feet of living space with an island kitchen, vaulted ceilings and a two-car garage. Just as important in an active adult community, The Elms features maintenance-free services such as lawn care and common area maintenance, regular power washing of the home’s exterior and painting of exterior wooden surfaces every five years. “The Elms is a community for graceful, maintenance-free living. It’s a quiet neighborhood that’s very close to excellent health care facilities as well as shopping and entertainment,” Jinks said. Ryland Homes plans to build 32 new homes at The Elms of Charleston in four distinctive single-story floor plans that range in size from 1,409 square feet of living space to 1,768 square feet. New homes at The Elms are priced from the $180s to the low $200s. The Elms of Charleston features a community clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, tennis and walking trails, as well as organized community activities. Model home hours are Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m; Sunday and Monday Noon to 6 p.m. (Closed Tues/Weds).
