Ryland Homes Opens New Belhaven II Model at The Elms in North Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. ----- Ryland Homes has opened their new Belhaven II model home at The Elms of Charleston, the gated active adult community located on Hanford Mills Lane in North Charleston off Hwy. 78. Gayle Jinks, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Charleston region, said the Belhaven II offers three bedrooms and two baths in 1,409 square feet of living space with an island kitchen, vaulted ceilings and a two-car garage. New homes at The Elms are priced from the $180s to the low $200s. The Elms of Charleston features a community clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, tennis and walking trails, as well as organized community activities. Model home hours are Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m; Sunday and Monday Noon to 6 p.m. (Closed Tues/Weds).
