NAI Realvest negotiates Lease Agreement for a Once Upon a Child store at Britton Plaza in Tampa

TAMPA, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a long-term lease of 4,090 rentable square feet at Britton Plaza, 3920 S. Dale Mabry Blvd. in Tampa for a Once Upon a Child store. Mez Birdie, CCIM, director of retail services at NAI Realvest negotiated the transaction on behalf of the tenant Our Little Angels, Inc. of Tampa. The local landlord Charles J. Bickimer was represented by Bruce Strumph, Inc. Birdie said he has closed multiple lease transactions within the past 24 months for Winmark Corporation concepts, including Once Upon a Child, Plato’s Closet and Encore.
