Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida Negotiates Two Lease Agreements for office space totaling 5,510 Square Feet in Clearwater

TAMPA, Fla. - Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida recently negotiated two renewal leases for office space totaling 5,510 square feet at Belcher Commons Office Park, located on Belcher Rd. just two blocks north of Gulf-to-Bay Blvd. in Clearwater.

Paula Buffa, senior vice president of the Office Group at Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida in Tampa, and Maria Camarinos Hall, an associate in the Office Group, negotiated both transactions representing the landlord, Arcis Investments, Inc., a Tampa-based private equity real estate investment group.

Florida Dental Centers renewed the lease of 2,278 square feet of office space it currently occupies at Belcher Commons and Gregory L. Dokka, D.C., P.A., renewed a lease for 3,232 square feet.

Buffa and Camarinos Hall will continue handling the leasing needs for Belcher Commons as Arcis Investments appointed Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida exclusive leasing representatives at the 112,241 square foot garden style office park, which is in close proximity to the U.S. Post Office, banks, restaurants and major arterial roadways.
