Physicians United Plan is a URAC-Accredited Medicare Advantage Coordinated Care Plan contracted with Medicare to provide healthcare to Medicare beneficiaries.
KB Home Orlando, LLC is the sublandlord and was represented in the transaction by Dave Kowalchuk and Todd Davis of Colliers Arnold.
