ORLANDO, Fla. - Mattamy Homes USA, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, has opened its newest Orlando-area community at Lake Jean, located off Goldenrod Rd. and Lake Bates Blvd. in east Orlando.
Laura Bailey, vice president of sales and marketing at Mattamy Homes USA, said Lake Jean includes 46 home sites with new homes priced from $226,990.
Three and four bedroom single-family homes at Lake Jean will range in size from 1,541 square feet of living space to 2,800 square feet and offer two and three-car garages, Bailey said.
Mattamy Homes will start construction of a new model home at Lake Jean in October, according to Bailey.
