Ashton Woods Homes Acquires 62 Home Sites at Ridge Crest in Brandon Area of Tampa Bay

TAMPA - Ashton Woods Homes recently acquired 62 oversized home sites at Ridge Crest, located off Wheeler and Valrico Rds. in the Brandon area.

Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the 65-foot home sites will accommodate new three, four, and five-bedroom single-family homes with optional three-car garages priced from the $160s.

New homes will offer from 1,536 square feet of living space, Roche said, and Ashton Woods Homes could start construction of new homes at Ridge Crest before summer.
