ORLANDO - The Central Florida Chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties---NAIOP---recently named three executives at Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida among the top three commercial property brokers in the region.
Jeff Sweeney, SIOR, president of Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida in Orlando, Tampa and Melbourne, said associates Joe Rossi and Bret Felberg ranked among the region’s top three Investment brokers in 2009. Both executives posted sales of Investment properties that totaled more than $25 million.
Rossi joined Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida seven years ago. Felberg is a five-year veteran of the firm.
David Calcanis, who joined Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida six years ago, ranked among the region’s top three land brokers with sales that totaled approximately $15 million.
