TAMPA - Beazer Homes has two town homes for sale at Hampton Lakes in the Westchase area of Tampa that qualify for the $8,000 federal tax credit incentive.
Kareyann Rhodes, sales manager for Beazer Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said both town homes are under construction now and set for completion before the tax credit’s June 30 closing deadline.
Three weeks ago Beazer Homes announced its own home buyer incentive at Hampton Lakes---an upgraded stainless steel appliance package including refrigerator, washer and dryer for the first six home buyers at Hampton Lakes. Rhodes said four of those town homes have sold and only two remain.
Hampton Lakes is located off Racetrack Rd. near Countryway Blvd. in the Westchase area.
