ORLANDO - Ashton Woods Homes will open 10 new town homes in time to qualify for the 8,000 U.S. tax credit closing deadline June 30 at Wickham Park located on Overstreet Rd. north of C.R. 535 in Windermere.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said three-bedroom, two-bath town homes at Wickham Park range in size from 1,472 square feet of living space to 1,889 square feet and feature private courtyards and two-car garages.
New town homes at Wickham Park in Windermere are priced from the $160s.
