TAMPA - Beazer Homes has released 10 more new town homes priced from $109,990 at Sawgrass Village in Pinellas Park in time to meet the June 30 closing deadline on the $8,000 federal tax credit incentive for new home buyers.
Karryann Rhodes, sales manager for Beazer Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the $8,000 tax credit isn’t the only incentive to buy before April 30.
“Beazer Homes is now offering free appliance package at Sawgrass Village that includes a free washer, dryer, refrigerator and blind package,” Rhodes said.
Two and three-bedroom town homes at Sawgrass Village range in size from 1,416 square feet of living space to 1,496 square feet with two-and-a-half baths and attached garages.
Rhodes said new ready-to-move-in two and three-bedroom town homes at Sawgrass Village with 1,206 square feet to 1,610 square feet and no attached garages also qualify for the $8,000 tax credit and are priced from $109,990.
