ORLANDO - Ashton Woods Homes will open five new ready-to-move-in homes before June 30 at McCormick Woods, located on W. McCormick Woods Road off S.R. 429 in Ocoee.
Michael Roche, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Homes in the Orlando region, said all five ready-to-move-in homes qualify for the $8,000 U.S. tax credit closing deadline of June 30.
New three, four and five-bedroom homes at McCormick Woods range in size from 1,536 square feet of living space to 3,023 square feet priced from the $160s.
Ashton Woods Homes is a subsidiary of the Great Gulf Group of companies, a North American real estate conglomerate headquartered in Toronto, and currently has communities under development in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix, Tampa, Denver and Orlando.
