Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida negotiates two new lease agreements for Class A office space at Tampa Palms Professional Center

TAMPA – Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida, associated with 130 offices worldwide, recently completed two lease agreements for professional office space totaling more than 6,840 square feet at Tampa Palms Professional Center, a 38 acre Class A office development in New Tampa, conveniently located at the intersection of I-75 and Bruce B. Downs.

Paula Buffa, CCIM, RPA, senior vice president, and Maria Camarinos Hall, associate, of the Office Group at Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida negotiated a lease for 4,899 square feet in Building 6 at 17425 Bridge Hill Ct. in the professional center, representing the landlord, Tampa Palms Professional Center, LLC. A Fortune 200 Company headquartered in Battle Creek Mich. is the new tenant and was represented in the transaction by Mia Jarrell, managing director of the Tampa office at Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida.

Buffa and Camarinos Hall also negotiated a new lease on behalf of the landlord with LNS Technologies of Tampa to occupy 1,950 square feet at 17407 Bridge Hill Ct. in Tampa Palms Professional Center. LNS Technologies has been a leader of network infrastructure services and information security solutions since 1993.
