LONGWOOD, Fla. --- Cotter Ryan Commercial LLC, based in Longwood, recently completed construction of a 19,000 square foot addition to the Triquint Semiconductors microchip manufacturing facility located off U.S. 441 in Apopka.
Scott Ryan, founder and president of Cotter-Ryan Commercial, said construction costs for the addition totaled more than $1.8 million.
Ryan also said his firm recently completed construction of tenant improvements totaling 2,000 square feet for the GG Medical Group in Kissimmee.
