TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division plans to host grand openings at five communities in the Tampa Bay region over April and May to showcase new model homes.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said new model homes are priced from the $90s to the $170s.
At the Hammocks in New Tampa, located on Startfinder Way off County Line Road one half mile west of Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Lennar will host Margarita Madness on April 30 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with plenty of food and refreshments.
Lennar is unveiling two model town homes at the Hammocks: the Capri model home with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 1,801 square feet of living space with two-car garage, and the Marisol model home with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 2,319 square feet of living space with a two-car garage.
New town homes at The Hammocks are priced from the $90s.
At Autumnwood Grove, located off U.S. 98 South in Lakeland, Lennar will unveil its new Canterbury model town home at a backyard barbecue on Saturday, April 30 from noon to 3 p.m.
The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath Canterbury model town home offers 1,559 square feet of living space. New town homes at Autumnwood Grove are priced from the $90s.
Lennar will host a Family Fun Day at Hampton Hills in Lakeland from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 7 to showcase the Kennedy model home with four bedrooms and three baths in 2,267 square feet of living space with a three car garage.
New homes are priced from the $120s at Hampton Hills, which is located of U.S. 98 North and Sleepy Hill Rd.
At Live Oak, located off Bruce B. Downs Blvd. in New Tampa, Lennar will host a Family Fun Day from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 14 to showcase two new model homes.
Metheny said the Hamilton model home at Live Oak offers four bedrooms and three baths in 2,032 square feet of living space with a two-car garage.
The new Monte Carlo model home at Live Oak offers five bedrooms with a bonus room and three baths in 3,209 square feet with a three-car garage.
New homes at Live Oak are priced from the $170s.
Lennar will host Margarita Madness from 3 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 14 to showcase two new model town homes at Brandon Pointe, located on Providence Lakes Blvd, south of Lumsden Rd./Causeway Blvd. in Brandon.
Metheny said the Glenmoor model home at Brandon Pointe offers two bedrooms and two-and-half baths in 1,543 square feet of living space with a one-car garage.
The Hampton model home features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 1,625 square feet with a one-car garage.
New townhomes at Brandon Pointe are priced from the $150s.
