JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, has started construction of a new single-family model home at Forest Hammock, located adjacent to the Oakleaf Plantation Town Center off Argyle Forest Blvd. and Oakleaf Plantation Pwy. in Clay County.
The Lily model home will open in June with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 2,295 square feet of living space and a two-car garage.
Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, said Mattamy plans to build 75 new three and four-bedroom single-family homes at Forest Hammock priced from the $180s on 50-foot home sites.
New homes at Forest Hammock will range in size from 1,600 square feet of living space to 2,900 square feet with two and three-car garages.
Forest Hammock features a community clubhouse with a large swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer field and a tot lot.
Mattamy Homes recently opened new model homes at Greenleaf Village at Nocatee in Ponte Vedra, at Old Sebastian Point in St. Augustine and Cedar Bay on Jacksonville’s north side.
