Eiland Park Community in Zephyrhills to Host “Margarita Madness” Celebration April 16 from Noon to 3 P.M.

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division will host Margarita Madness from noon to 3 p.m. on Sat., April 16 at Eiland Park, on Daliha Terrace in Zephyrhills off Massey Rd. west of U.S. 301 and south of S.R. 54.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Margarita Madness will feature games, prizes, foods and beverages along with special tours of town homes and villa homes.

Lennar is building 78 town homes and villa homes at Eiland Park priced from the $80s.
