Lennar Starts Presales of New Town Homes Priced From the Low $100s at Thousand Oaks in Pasco County

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division has started presales of new two and three-bedroom town homes priced from the low $100s at Thousand Oaks, located south of S.R. 54 on Little Road near New Port Richey in Pasco County.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said new town homes at Thousand Oaks range in size from 1,300 square feet of living space to 1,650 square feet.

Lennar plans to build 254 town homes at Thousand Oaks.
