ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division recently started sales at its newest community, Treviso Townhomes, in Sanford off Airport Blvd. and Sanford Ave., within walking distance of the Orlando Sanford International Airport.
David Parker, director of sales and marketing for Lennar in the Orlando region, said the homebuilder recently completed the community’s swimming pool and cabana and two new models are nearing completion, slated for opening this month.
Parker said the St. Croix model townhome features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 1,371 square feet of living space and the Siesta Key model townhome is a two-bedroom with a spacious den and two-and-a-half baths in 1,564 square feet.
Lennar is building 200 new two and three-bedroom townhomes at Treviso that range in size from 1,371 square feet of living space to 1,564 square feet and all have two-and-a-half baths.
New townhomes at Treviso are priced from the low $100s.
