CHARLESTON, S.C. – Ryland Homes plans to unveil a new single-family model home on Saturday, July 23 at Jasmine Gate at Bolton’s Landing on Nautical Chart Drive in the West Ashley area.
Don McDonough, division president for Ryland Homes in the Charleston region, said the Beaufort model home offers three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 2,366 square feet of living space with a two-car garage priced from the $220s.
The Beaufort model home also features a one level kitchen island, upper and lower porches, and a tankless hot water heater. A grand opening celebration will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 23 and the public is invited. Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
Ryland Homes has 14 home sites remaining at Jasmine Gate at Bolton’s Landing for new three, four and five bedroom single family homes that range in size from 1,840 square feet of living space to 2,964 square feet priced from $206,000 to $247,000.
