Ryland Homes to Open Model Park with New Single Family Model Homes July 30 at Brickhope Plantation in Goose Creek

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Ryland Homes plans to unveil its new model park Saturday, July 30 at Brickhope Plantation, located on Stone Crop Drive in Goose Creek.

Don McDonough, division president for Ryland Homes in the Charleston region, said Ryland Homes will host a grand opening celebration to showcase three fully furnished and decorated model homes from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 30 and refreshments will be served. The event is free and open to the public.

Ryland Homes plans to showcase its new Belhaven model home with three bedrooms and two baths in 1,408 square feet of living space with a two-car garage priced from $147,000.

The Landrum model home offers four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 2,625 square feet of living space and a two-car garage priced from $180,000.

The Barrett model home offers three bedrooms and two baths in 2,191 square feet of living space and a two-car garage priced from $188,000.

Altogether, Ryland Homes plans to build 580 new three, four and five bedroom single family homes at Brickhope Plantation that range in size from 1,295 square feet of living space to 3,398 square feet, priced from the mid-$140s.

Brickhope Plantation features a spacious pool, fitness center, two recreation centers, ball fields, kids play area and a community clubhouse.

Ryland Homes currently builds single family and townhomes priced from the $120s in 10 communities throughout the Charleston-Myrtle Beach region.
