TAMPA, Fla. – Ryland Homes will host a grand opening Saturday, Aug. 13 to showcase its new Marco model home at Ashton Oaks, located off SR 54 in Wesley Chapel.
Tony Crimi, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said the Marco model home offers three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in 1,908 square feet of living space and two-car garage.
The Marco model home is designed to accommodate a bonus room, Crimi added.
Ryland Homes plans to build 70 new three, four and five bedroom single-family homes at Ashton Oaks priced from the low $l00s and ranging in size from 1,274 square feet of living space to 2,259 square feet.
