Heritage Isle selected as one of top active adult communities in U.S. by “Where to Retire” magazine

VIERA, Fla. --- Heritage Isle, the 478 acre active adult community Lennar is developing adjacent to the Duran Golf Club in Viera, was recently named one of “America’s 50 Best Master-Planned Communities in the United States,” by Where To Retire magazine.

Sara Nakamine, marketing spokesperson for Lennar’s active adult division, said this is the second time Heritage Isle has made the “Where to Retire” coveted list.

Lennar recently opened 20 new 60 foot home sites at Heritage Isle, including some home sites that offer lakefront views.
