TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division recently acquired 21 home sites at Bahia Cove, located off Shell Point Rd. in Ruskin, east of U.S. 41.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Lennar plans to build its “super homes” at Bahia Cove priced from $59 per square foot.
Lennar’s four, five and six bedroom “super homes” range in size from 2,858 square feet of living space to 3,889 square feet.
Bahia Cove is in the popular South Shore area of Hillsborough County, close to E.G. Simmons Park on Tampa Bay with beaches, boating, picnic and children’s play areas as well as convenience to shopping and entertainment.
