CHARLOTTE, N.C. --- Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builder, recently opened The Rose, its new two-story single family model home at Millbridge, located on Kensington Drive, west of Providence Road, south of Waxhaw.
Bill Kiselick division president for Mattamy Homes in the Charlotte region said The Rose model home at Millbridge offers four bedrooms with two full baths and one half bath, formal dining and living rooms in 2,733 square feet of living space priced from $207,990 with a two car garage.
The Rose model also offers an optional study or in-law suite, Kiselick said.
Mattamy Homes plans to build a total of 104 new single family homes at Millbridge that range in size from 1,928 square feet of living space to 2,733 square feet in six different floor plans.
New homes at Millbridge are priced from $193,990.
