WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Mattamy Homes will host a showcase luncheon for Orlando area Realtors on Tuesday Aug. 30 at Tuscany Place, a Mediterranean-style townhome community located on Millenia Blvd. in southwest Orlando.
Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes US Group, the U.S. division of Canada’s largest home builders and one of the most active home builders in the Orlando market, said Mattamy Homes plans to showcase its three model townhomes priced from $157,000 during the luncheon event.
But Parker said an even bigger attraction is the new amenities center at Tuscany Place – a new community center that includes a swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and social and meeting space with full-service kitchen.
Mattamy Homes is building 114 three-bedroom town homes at Tuscany Place that range from 1,508 square feet of living space to 1,735 square feet priced from the $150s with one or two car garages.
