ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. --- Emerson International recently closed on a renewal lease for 18,212 square feet of office space at Lakeside Office Park, 283 Crane’s Roost Blvd. in Altamonte Springs.
Eric Emerson, vice president and general manager of Emerson International, said Sean Westcott, director of leasing at Emerson International, negotiated the renewal lease with Sodexo Operations, LLC.
Mohl Partners participated in the lease negotiations representing Sodexo.
Emerson International is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Emerson Group, the global corporation that is one of the largest privately-owned property development companies.
