LENNAR’S CENTRAL FLORIDA DIVISION RELOCATES ITS HEADQUARTERS BACK TO TAMPA

TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division, which builds new homes in more than 40 communities in Tampa, Lakeland, Orlando and Brevard County, has relocated to new offices at 4600 W. Cypress St. in Tampa’s Westshore area.

Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the home builder has been active in the Tampa Bay market for over 40 years.

Metheny said the company’s new offices include two floors that total some 26,000 square feet of office space.
