TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar will showcase its new seven-bedroom Himalayan model home at a special opening on Saturday, Jan. 21, at Ayersworth located off U.S. 301 near Big Bend Road in SouthShore.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the Himalayan model home is one of the largest new model homes in the Tampa Bay region with 4,054 square feet of living space that includes four full baths and a gameroom.
The two-story, seven-bedroom home with a huge kitchen and a three-car garage is priced from $251,990, Metheny said.
Lennar plans to build 120 new single-family homes on 60 and 70 foot home sites at Ayersworth with 27 different floor plans that range in size from 1,550 square feet to 4,529 square feet.
Pricing at Ayersworth starts from the $150s. The community features a clubhouse with swimming pool, fitness center, picnic area, basketball court, park, and playground.
Metheny said Lennar plans a festive grand opening with food, beverages and games for the kids.
