ORLANDO, Fla. --- Lennar has started presales in a new community at Emerson Park in Apopka with 297 home sites.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said Lennar is building townhomes at Emerson Park priced from the $120s and single-family homes priced from the $170s on 55 and 75 foot home sites.
Three and four bedroom townhomes at Emerson Park will range in size from 1,600 square feet of living space to 1,900 square feet.
New three, four and five bedroom single-family homes will range in size from 1,700 square feet to 3,700 square feet.
Emerson Park, located off Ocoee-Apopka Road near S.R. 429, features a community clubhouse, swimming pool, children’s playground and conservation areas.
