ORLANDO, Fla. --- ICI Homes, based in Daytona Beach, will showcase its new Salerno model home during a special reception for Central Florida Realtors Thursday April 26 at Live Oak Estates, located on Rambling Oak Blvd. off Lake Mary Jane and Moss Park Roads east of the Lake Nona area in southeast Orlando.
Rosemary Messina, vice president of sales and marketing at ICI Homes, said the Realtor Reception will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, plenty of beverages and door prizes for participating realtors.
The Salerno model home offers four bedrooms and three baths in 2,837 square feet of living area with a three-car garage, priced from $489,000.
The Salerno model home features a big open great room area with a wall of sliding glass which looks out onto the covered lanai, a galley kitchen with island, and an enormous owner’s suite and master bath.
ICI Homes plans to build 41 single family homes at Live Oak Estates that range in size from 2,700 square feet of living space to 5,100 square feet.
