TAMPA, Fla. --- Lennar’s Central Florida Division has introduced a new product line on 45 foot home sites at Live Oak Preserve, located off Bruce B. Downs Blvd. in New Tampa.
Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said the new three, four and five bedroom homes range in size from 1,353 square feet of living space to 2,440 square feet.
The new homes feature two to three-and-a-half baths and two car garages.
Metheny added that 75 new home sites are available at Live Oak Preserve.
Live Oak Preserve boasts a clubhouse with resort-style swimming pool, playground, tennis courts and ball fields as well as more than 360 acres of wildlife preserves and conservation areas. The community is convenient to parks, restaurants, shopping, schools and major highways.
